I always wondered why $immons and Stanley wouldn't help an old bandmate out, however, if I'd been sued twice, I think I'd leave him out to dry. There would be a big difference with a legit company making guitars in China vs dodgy fakes. My model WAS fully endorsed by Tokai (UK) and the serial numbers matched with their database.
